- Toasted whole wheat English muffin (2) or bagel (1-3 points)
- One wedge laughing Cow cheese (1)
- 2 slices Canadian Bacon (1)
- Tomato slices (o)
Split the cheese and spread on the two halves. Cover with bacon slice and tomato.

I’ve done this with any variety of bread– toasted or not.
The trick is to know accurate points as you increase amounts. 2 slices of “1point” bread can be 2 (Oroweat’s Double-Fiber bread), 3 (Oroweat’s Sandwich Thins) or 4 (Oroweat’s Double Fiber English Muffin).
It bugs me, but it seems to be sound despite that, so I always check points for double servings before I get excited about 0- or 1-point foods.
Also: I’ve found a Canadian bacon (at Sams) that is 1 point for 2oz. And they’re thin-sliced, so I get 4 slices for one point.
Point: it’s worth looking around and comparing labels.
