Simple, filling, low-point breakfast.
- ½ cup strawberry syrup (1)
- ½ cup rolled oats (2)
- ½ water
Mix all ingredients and cook on stove or in microwave, stiring occationally.
- Warning about the microwave:
- While this is my preferred method (because measuring cups clean easy in the dishwasher), it requires more attention than you might guess. Toward the end of cook-time the mixture bubbles up and will make a gloopy mess if not caught in time. After the first couple minutes of cooking, watch closely.

I’ll have to try this one. I eat Oatmeal like everyday. I could use a different flavor.
